Anita Roshan, originally hailing from Ontario, Canada, made her way to the sunny shores of Florida in May 2000. With over 20 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in the wholesale/distribution sector and 7 years in personal property management, Anita brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Having graduated from college in Canada with degrees in Hotel Restaurant Management and Human Services Counselling, Anita has a multifaceted background that serves her well in her pursuits. Her passion for understanding all facets of the industry led her to collaborate with her parents on personal investments, sparking a deep interest in real estate.

Anita is driven by a desire to share her knowledge and provide her clients with a safe and trustworthy environment. Honest, sincere, trustworthy, and empathetic, she holds her clients' best interests at heart.
